“BOUNTY, “The Spirit of Saint Lucia” was established in 1972 as the principle rum brand of St. Lucia Distillers, a united venture created when the last two distilleries on the island, the Dennery Distillery and Roseau Bay Distillery, merged. BOUNTY rum captures and conveys the island’s most dynamic and festive qualities, which stem from Saint Lucia’s traditional and cultural roots. Our rums are a blend of column still rums from molasses predominantly from the Dominican Republic. They are known for their clean and soft mouthfeel and wonderful character, ideal to be enjoyed in your favourite cocktails.

* BOUNTY premium white rum is pure clean and silky smooth, which makes for an ideal mixing. It offers an ideal platform for cocktails.

* RUM BLEND : 100% Coffey Column still rum, aged 2 to 3 years in ex-Bourbon casks. The wood colors are filtered out after blending.

* TASTING NOTES : Zesty and clean with a fresh tropical citrus on the nose. The opening on the palate offers some sweetness, which gives way to a mellow citrus character on the finish.

* BLEND : Natural coconut extracts and sugars are macerated with rum at double strength. The rum is then diluted with distilled water and natural sugar to create BOUNTY Coconut Rum Liqueur.

* TASTING NOTES :BOUNTY COCONUT is bursting with fresh coconut aromas and a creamy boiled sweet character. Refreshingly smooth mouth feel with luscious warm coconut and fresh tropical fruit flavor. * TASTING NOTES : The palate has soft, rich raisin fruit and a hint of honey and vanilla spice from aging in ex-Bourbon casks. Medium bodied with ripe sultana fruit, vanilla from the oak and a hint of spice. Good balance, clean, and with an enjoyable finish.

* BOUNTY PREMIUM DARK is complex and chewy from the extra body of the pot still rum. It is popular in tiki or other rum cocktails that yearn for more depth and character.

* RUM BLEND : A blend of 3 years old Coffey Column Still and 6-year-old Pot still maturate, aged in ex-Bourbon casks. Extra alcohol to give a kick and bring out the traditional pot still personality.

* TASTING NOTES : Rounded complex nose of toffee, clove and chocolate, with hints of cinnamon and tobacco. The added pot still rum delivers a punchy character that mixes with a velvety body, and a long smooth finish. And radiant splendor … a rich spicy finish. The rum exhibits the radiant splendor of dark rum: dark chocolate with a hint of burnt coconut, and a toffee-like sweetness on the way to a rich spicy finish.
