Intro to the brand
Adapting time-honoured tequila-making traditions, Almave is the first premium non-alcoholic Blue Agave spirit made in Jalisco, Mexico that does not compromise on taste or quality. It brings together the expertise of master distiller Iván Saldaña and the passion for greatness of Sir Lewis Hamilton.
The process is the point. Almave’s agave piñas are harvested, cooked and crushed just like tequila – but instead of fermentation, the liquid is distilled several times to concentrate and capture the complexity, delicate aromas and flavours of authentic tequila, without the alcohol. Blanco for crisp, citrus-led serves; Ámbar for depth and warmth.
