Chairman’s Reserve Spiced Rum is bringing a taste of Saint Lucia to the UK’s best bars this winter with the launch of Naughty & Spiced Competition – a bold on-trade initiative from distributor Mangrove Global, designed to champion creativity, craft, and community across the nation’s bartending scene.

Running from 17 November to 31 December 2025, Naughty & Spiced is expected to engage around 100 venues across the UK, who will showcase their skills with a signature winter serve featuring Chairman’s Reserve Spiced. Each participating bar will compete for one of two all-inclusive trips for two to Saint Lucia, including a distillery tour at Saint Lucia Distillers – the home of Chairman’s Reserve Rum.

Celebrated for its balance of natural spices and authentic heritage, Chairman’s Reserve Spiced is crafted from their Coffey column still, aged in American oak and infused with cinnamon, nutmeg, clove and vanilla, lifted by bitter orange peel and bois bandé bark. The result is a smooth, layered spirit that captures the island’s distinctive spice profile, as versatile in a long drink as it is in an indulgent winter cocktail, from mulled serves to the Espresso Rumtini.

Venues will be judged on sales performance, social media engagement, and creativity, with top performers also rewarded with professional cocktail photography and national PR exposure through Mangrove’s and Chairman’s Reserve’s channels.

The campaign celebrates the bartenders who have helped build the brand’s success in the on-trade.

As part of the activation, participating venues will also receive product training, access to exclusive content and serves, and the chance to have their cocktails professionally photographed and showcased across Chairman’s Reserve social channels.

Bars are encouraged to put their own twist on Chairman’s Reserve Spiced this festive season, or spotlight one of the brand’s signature serves, from a bright Chairman’s & Ginger to a Chairman’s Mulled Wine or the citrus-forward Castries Cable Car.
