Process
Fairtrade ginger root is sourced from the Indian subcontinent and is married with 100% Fairtrade sugar in spirit base, resulting in a liqueur that is fiery and fresh, spicy and smooth; the heart and soul of ginger root in a bottle.
Tasting Notes
Pataka is dedicated to only using responsibly sourced ingredients. It contains no extra flavouring or spices – the flavour is all ginger: it’s the root, the whole root and nothing but the root.
